Overview
The Teflon Roller can be used as steel coated rollers under proper process conditions. It is coated with PTFE on the rubber surface and hot melt sprayed at high temperature on the surface of the roller. The combination of these two material properties solves many problems in the production of the material. Different colors such as green, red, etc. are available upon customer request. Our Teflon Roller has excellent performance and wide range of applications.
Characteristics
1. Our Teflon Roller is resistant to acids, alkalis and organic solvents. Also has the feature of high temperature resistance.
2. It has good sliding properties: low coefficient of friction for lubrication.
3. It is non-adhesive: almost all substances do not adhere to its surface. The very thin film also shows good non-adhesive properties.
4. Heat resistance: excellent heat resistance and low temperature resistance.
