ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I'M GOING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! When I decided not to move forward with what I believed was ridiculously invasive surgery for my pancreatic cancer and take an alternative medicine route, I switched from annual to monthly payments to Webtalk for myself and my wife because any treatments or necessary herbal supplements would not be covered by insurance. That was just before Webtalk went down. It took 2 months for Webtalk to tell us it was coming out of Beta and they would keep us informed by emails and the blog. In almost 5 months: NOTHING!
Meanwhile, they've continued to take monthly payments out of my business account while I'm struggling to keep up with medical expences. The help desk only responded with "this site not monitored" when I tried to quit, but RJ actually got back to me. He symathized with my health problems and even offered some useful information which I appreciated. Then suggested to have my membership canceled manually which I did-twice. Nothing, and STILL no emails, no blogs.
I have no choice but to shut down my business account and reopen a new one. Not a good look for a small business! I feel I have no choice but the BBB. Change my mind!
